Payment Terms and Conditions

These Payment Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment process, billing, and subscriptions for the monthly membership offered on lucypitt.com ("Website"). By purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Pricing and Currency

All prices for the monthly membership are clearly displayed on the Website.

Prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes (such as VAT) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change the price of the membership. If we do, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email. Price changes will only affect your next billing cycle.

 

2. Subscription and Billing Cycle

The membership on lucypitt.com is a recurring monthly subscription.

When you sign up, you will be billed immediately for your first month of access.

Your subscription will automatically renew every month on the exact same date as your initial purchase (the "Billing Date"). For example, if you subscribe on March 15th, your next charge will be on April 15th.

 

3. Payment Methods

We accept payments via Stripe.com. You can pay by Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

 

4. Automatic Renewals

By providing a payment method, you authorize us to automatically charge the monthly subscription fee to your designated payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle until you cancel your subscription.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before your next scheduled Billing Date - You can find it in your account under the "Subscriptions" tab.

After cancellation, you will retain access to the membership content until the end of your current paid billing period. Then you lose access to content that's available only to subscribers.

 

6. Refund Policy

Digital Content Exception: Due to the immediate access to digital content provided by the membership, all sales are final. By subscribing, you agree that you are getting immediate access to the digital content and therefore waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods or unaccessed content.

 

7. Failed Payments

If a payment fails (e.g., due to an expired card or insufficient funds), we will notify you and may attempt to process the charge again.

If the payment is not successfully settled within 7 days, your access to the membership content will be suspended until the payment is resolved.
